This website (classroom.mbagwu.org) is an educational resource operated by Mr. Arinze Mbagwu, a teacher at Wings Academy High School, part of the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE). This site is used to deliver interactive lesson presentations to scholars.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. This site:

• Does not use cookies or tracking technologies
• Does not collect names, email addresses, or any student data
• Does not use analytics services (no Google Analytics, no trackers)
• Does not require login or account creation
• Does not store any information on your device

Third-Party Content

Some lesson presentations embed YouTube videos using YouTube's standard iframe embed. When a YouTube video loads, YouTube (operated by Google) may collect data according to their own privacy policy. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

This site uses Google Fonts to load typefaces (Cormorant Garamond, DM Sans). Google may log font requests per their privacy policy.

Lesson presentations include links to Google Classroom so scholars can access and submit assignments. When you click a Google Classroom link, you leave this site and interact with Google's platform. Any data you provide in Google Classroom is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Workspace for Education Privacy Notice. Google Classroom usage at Wings Academy is administered by the NYC Department of Education.

Student Privacy (FERPA & COPPA)

This site is designed with student privacy in mind:

• No student names, grades, or personally identifiable information (PII) appear on this site
• This site complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
• This site is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements
• No student data is transmitted, stored, or shared through this website

Hosting

This site is hosted on Netlify, a static site hosting service. Netlify may collect server access logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) as part of standard web hosting operations. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
